The EZ Series Indexer VS The MS Series Indexers

The EZ series is meant to be installed and integrated into a system with an existing PLC control system.

The MS series is designed to operate independently of an existing PLC control system. This allows indexing setup through the included HMI.

 

EZ Series Indexer

 

The EZ Indexer is a high precision & infinitely adjustable servo indexer designed to work directly with your PLC control system through ethernet communications. Available in two standard sizes, the simple to install EZ Indexer can handle loads from grams up to hundreds of pounds, with dial diameters from    4 1/2” to over 60”. EZ Indexers can also be supplied with brake motors, secondary gear sets, custom tooled dial plates, and machine bases.

The EZ Indexer is designed with near zero backlash gearing for high inertia applications requiring superior accuracy and load carrying capabilities.

EZ Indexers come standard with Centricity’s easily customizable i-Series Control Package. This package includes the servomotor, cables, and AC servo controller. Simple to use functions include continuous motion, reciprocating motion, and a nearly infinite number of stop indexing, clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, variable move time, move and dwell torque settings, and jog to set home position. NO TUNING REQUIRED.
